  1. Attend the hearings close to you, and make sure the Forest Service knows what effect the lock up of another 54 million acres will have on you and your community.  Alaska Hearings
  2. Call the President, Toll Free, 1-800-663-9566 tell him you Oppose the Roadless Proposal and want your forests to stay open so you and all Americans can enjoy the numerous benefits for which the national forests were created! 
  3. Contact George Frampton, Council on Environmental Quality at 202-456-6224 or fax at 202-456-2710 and let him know you are outraged that the Administration has allowed the Forest Service to issue a Road Ban Plan that clearly undermines your right to use and enjoy our national forests!
  4. Distribute this letter to friends & family! Cut & Paste this letter into a word program, Print, Copy and Distribute.
